Interim Chief Executive Officer

Main duties:

• Have overall responsibility for the company's strategy, profitability and daily operations (P&L responsibility).
• Lead and develop a competent team and ensure an efficient organization.
• Drive the company's continued expansion and development.
• Ensure operational excellence by focusing on process improvements and streamlining operations.
• Driving the pace of innovation in product development and technological solutions.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors and act as the primary link between the Board and operational management.

To be eligible for the role:

• A university or civil engineering degree is required.
• Proven success as CEO of medium to large companies.
• Experience in industrial companies - preferably contract manufacturing, production or processing of materials or technical component solutions.
• Experience in process plants is an advantage.
• International experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 8 months.

We present candidates in week 43 and interviews with clients take place in connection with that.
