Interim Business Control Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Control Manager to a large real estate company. You will report directly to the CFO of the company and will lead a team of 5 controllers.
As an interim Business Control Manager, you have the opportunity to be part of a truly exciting growth journey. Within your team, the role of Business Controller for Asset Management is vacant, which means you will take on that role as well until a permanent solution is in place.
Main duties:
- Manage and develop a team of five people, four of whom are business controllers (including the vacant role) and the fifth is a project controller.
- Develop Business Controlling support to the next level with better support to business area managers.
- Develop processes such as operational settlements and project closures.
- Develop the processes for planning and outcome analysis together with the Financial Controller.
- Participate in the requirements definition and implementation of a BI system.
To be eligible for the assignment:
- Solid experience in the real estate sector.
- Experience in successfully driving the development of the Business Controlling function.
- Good experience in accounting.
- It is an advantage if you have experience with Agresso and Oracle.
About the process:
