Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Analysis and Transaction Specialist to a company in the real estate industry. The office is located in Stockholm.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have many years of experience in the real estate industry as a transaction analyst or similar
- You are used to calculating and preparing documentation for owners and investors for potential business, real estate acquisition and project opportunities
- You have worked on collecting data and information to perform e.g. trend, market or sensitivity analysis
- You are used to coordinating and implementing DD processes, analysis and review
- You have very good general system knowledge, including Microsoft Office, and you like working in Excel
- You are communicative, committed and friendly and a structured team player
About the process:
