Interim Agile coach/Project manager

As an Agile coach/project manager, you will strengthen the interaction between business and IT with business-critical change work.

Main duties

• Agile transformation, increasing change maturity
• Implement better processes and streamline at all levels
• Helping the organization to work smarter and more agile
• Supporting the agile change through teaching, facilitation and coaching
• Making ongoing projects run as smoothly as possible
• Creating a positive spirit and self-confidence at individual level in the team

To be eligible for the role

• Relevant university degree, probably as an engineer, economist or equivalent
• Good skills and documented experience in areas such as, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps
• Have practical experience working in one of the roles of Agile Coach, Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or RTE.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Has the ability to see and strengthen the interaction between business and IT and experience with agile transformations

About the process

The mission is carried out at 50-100% and is expected to last 6-12 months.
