Interim Agile Coach
Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en Agile coach till ett större bolag i Västra Götaland
Main duties
- Kombinera coaching och mentorskap för att hjälpa teamet att fungera optimalt
- Leda teamet att nå uppsatta mål
- Making ongoing projects run as smoothly as possible
- Underlätta arbetet genom att effektivisera och se till att allt flyter på
- Lyssna och analysera på vad som händer i teamet, flreslå utvecking framåt
- Creating a positive spirit and self-confidence at individual level in the team
To be eligible for the role
- Flera års erfarenhet av rollen Agil coach
- Djup IT-förståelse
- Arbetat i föränderlig miljö
About the process
Uppdraget är på deltid och kombineras med fördel med andra uppdrag och beräknas pågå under 6 månader.
