Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Site Manager for a global industrial company in service, construction, machinery and construction. The position is located in Skåne and the company has a billion turnover.
Main duties:
- Responsible for managing, developing and streamlining operations and ensuring high quality of work performed.
- Responsible for budget, performance, staff, health and safety.
- Driving change and creating a common culture with clear values and staff development.
- Implementing strategic objectives and ensuring consistent direction going forward.
To be eligible for the role:
- We are looking for an experienced leader with a background as a site manager or in a similar role, in heavy industry, preferably from a field organization involving technical services.
- You have strong leadership skills and have successfully driven change, developed teams and created effective structures.
- As a leader, you are communicative, solution-oriented and trustworthy, with a strong focus on both employees and customers. You have a technical interest and a passion for creating results through engaged and well-functioning teams.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6-12 months with a possibility of extension. The start is immediate.
