Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Team Leader for a Nordic service company based in Stockholm. The role reports to the Operational Manager of the business.
In the role of interim Team Leader, you have an operational and developing leadership role in an organization with great variety and high tempo. The role focuses primarily on leadership and improvement work.
Main duties:
- Staff responsibility for teams of 20 people
- Ensuring conditions for high quality and service
- Ensuring a healthy working environment
- Staffing and scheduling with the support of schedulers
Who we are looking for:
- You have a background as a manager and possess good leadership skills
- You have experience working in a service-oriented environment
- You have good knowledge of Swedish and English
- As a person, you are self-driven with a good ability to build good relationships and trust
About the process:
