Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search is seeking an interim Chief Financial Officer for a client in western Stockholm.
The company has annual revenue of 55 million SEK, employs 20 people, and is seeking an operations-oriented individual who will have overall responsibility for the finance department, including supervisory responsibility for two employees. You will work closely with the newly appointed CEO and be responsible for preparing financial statements, reporting to other members of management, compiling materials for the board, and actively participating in board meetings. The company culture is described as employee-oriented, and the company places great importance on employee well-being and job satisfaction.
To be considered, you will have worked extensively in finance and have been responsible for a finance function of similar size in the recent past. You are a self-starter, analytical, have had minor staff responsibilities and enjoy working closely with a driven CEO who sets high standards.
We will introduce the candidates on Thursday, January 22, at 4:00 p.m. Interviews will take place the following week, and the tentative start date for the assignment is January 29.
