Interim Production Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Production Controller to an industrial company in Småland.
Main duties:
- Ensure high quality and reliability of the ERP system
- Work closely with production, purchasing and marketing to develop costing, pricing strategies and efficient production flows
- Provide proactive decision support to management and contribute to forward-looking and data-driven governance
- Proactive decision support to management on issues related to production, efficiency and profitability
- Build strong internal relationships and trust through clear communication, business understanding and engagement
- Drive and develop profitability analysis with focus on items and cost structures in contract manufacturing
To be eligible for the role:
- Good experience working in business systems and understanding the importance of high data quality
- Background in manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production flows and pricing
- Proven experience of driving change, preferably linked to forecasts and forecasting
- You are confident in your role, responsive in collaborations and have the ability to make informed decisions
- Academic background as an economist or engineer
- Opportunity to work on site
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
About the process
The assignment covers 100% starting in the fall of 2026 and is expected to last for about 6 months with the intention of transitioning into employment directly with the client company. Presentation of candidates to the customer takes place week 17 and interviews with the customer company take place in connection with it.
