Interim Project Manager in M&A
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim Project Manager for a short-term M&A project assignment at an international corporation. The position is based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Independently conduct commercial market analysis, including an assessment of market structure, the competitive landscape, and relevant trends and future development scenarios.
- Analyze and evaluate business models, service offerings, and value drivers within the segment, with a focus on commercial relevance and differentiation.
- Conduct research analyses and carry out structured interviews with key personnel and external stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Documented experience in strategic analysis and commercial evaluations, such as market studies or commercial due diligence, preferably for private equity firms.
- Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and driven, with the ability to quickly deliver value in complex projects.
About the process
The assignment begins immediately and is expected to last approximately 3 weeks. The exact scope and duration of the assignment will be determined through discussion between the consultant and the client.
