Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager with us, you will join a successful and unique team structure in the Swedish interim market. You will be responsible for driving qualified service sales to leading decision-makers in Swedish business. You will play a key role in close collaboration with a senior Recruitment Consultant to whom you also report. Together you form the core of one of the industry's most successful teams, which also includes a Consultant Manager and two Researchers.

Main duties:
- You drive qualified service sales where you represent Interim Search to senior decision makers and handle complex business needs.
- You help management teams with their most urgent challenges.
- Through systematic prospecting and in close collaboration with the team, you will process both warm and cold contacts using the phone as your main tool.
- You will book and conduct high-level client meetings with senior decision-makers, often together with colleagues in the team.
- You focus on building long-term relationships to develop and nurture an exclusive network at the top of the business world.

- You have completed a university degree in a relevant field.

- You have a professional command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
