Interim People Business Partner
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim People Business Partner where you will be a central part of our client's upcoming People Operating Model, while driving the strategic HR agenda in one of the company's largest business units.
Main duties:
- Strategic Advice: Driving the HR agenda in the business unit management team and ensuring that the People strategy contributes to the business objectives.
- Change management: managing complex HR issues and integrating new people and processes resulting from reorganization and acquisitions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other People Business Partners and specialist functions to ensure a consistent and effective HR approach across the Group.
- Development: Actively contribute to the implementation of the new People Operating Model, with the aim of being in place by 2026.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience: At least 10 years of broad experience in HR work, especially in consultative HR Business Partner work. Experience in matrix organizations or fast growing environments is an advantage.
- Labor law: Good understanding of Swedish labor law.
- Communication: Very good ability to communicate and establish trusting dialogues with managers, colleagues and external parties.
- System skills: Confident in using digital tools and HR-IS systems.
About the process:
