Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Site Director for an expanding and successful company in its industry. The role involves total responsibility for leading and motivating the teams at two of the group's production units. As Site Director you will report to the CEO of the company.
Main duties:
- Total responsibility for production, logistics & customer satisfaction at two production sites in Southern Sweden
- You will be responsible for a total workforce of 50 people, including 4 direct reports.
- Responsibility for setting up relevant KPIs together with the CEO.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have a relevant academic background, as well as extensive experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Business Management.
- At least +10 years of experience as a senior manager in production and logistics.
- Strong habit of maintaining an ongoing dialog with the company's customers.
- You organize and implement ongoing measures to ensure progress and development of working methods, as well as set and follow up relevant KPIs to steer towards budget achievement.
- As a person, you are unpretentious and proactive in your leadership, and have a developed ability to create clarity and security in the teams you lead.
About the Process:
The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last 6 months, the role is full-time, and requires 100% on-site presence.
