Our internal organization has been strengthened through several strategic recruitments. We have welcomed high-profile commercial figures such as Director Nicole Henning and Managers Anna Rumin and Helena Alpholm. At the same time, we have reinforced our team with key personnel for candidate and process management, such as Researcher Lina Borgström and Consultant Manager Emeli Trygg Olson.

Strategic recruitment despite a tougher climate

Emeli Trygg Olson's role as Consultant Manager is particularly telling. Her newly created role is a direct response to the strong growth and increasingly complex assignments in western Sweden.

Previously, Interim Search in Gothenburg worked in teams of two (a recruitment consultant and a researcher). Due to high demand, the team was initially expanded to include an additional researcher. With Emeli joining as Consultant Manager, a new, strategic four-person structure was completed, enabling each person in the team to focus entirely on their core expertise. This is the key to delivering faster, more efficient, and accurate solutions to our clients—even when market conditions are challenging.
