Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager to a group with a turnover of several billion in transport services, based in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the company's priority growth ambitions through go-to-market initiatives targeting new customers and additional sales. The company has a separate sales department for key customers.
Main duties:
- Responsible for GTM initiatives aimed at new customers and additional sales.
- Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team of 13 employees
- Actively drive change and behavioral shift in the sales organization.
- Ensure close and effective cross-functional collaboration with the management team and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of digital tools, follow-up, and reporting to strengthen sales management and decision support.
- Business travel is required.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience as a successful sales manager within an organization providing freight forwarding services.
- You have concrete experience in developing and driving successful go-to-market initiatives targeting new customers.
- You probably have experience as a consultant and/or have run go-to-market initiatives at several employers.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience of successfully driving change in relation to processes, structures, attitudes, follow-up, collaboration, etc.
- Good understanding of industrial customers' needs and value chains.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
The assignment is full-time and will start no later than mid-January. The assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
