Interim Search continues its growth journey by welcoming Helena Alpholm as the new Manager in Stockholm. Helena, who is the 23rd recruitment consultant in the company and the 14th in Stockholm, now strengthens the team of recruitment consultants who work commercially to meet clients' interim needs. With a background in international executive search and expertise in senior specialist roles, particularly in economics and finance, Helena is driven by a genuine interest in solving complex business needs.
Helena explains that her driving force has always been to match people and organizations: “The common thread has always been a genuine interest in solving complex needs, where I can help companies find leaders and key people who fit their unique culture and stage of development.” Her interest in psychology and leadership issues was sparked early on, not least after living and working in several different countries.
The decision to join Interim Search came naturally, inspired by the company's progress, focus on senior positions, and fast delivery. Helena is looking forward to contributing: “I am passionate about combining business strategies with human potential, and look forward to using my expertise to help clients create long-term value with temporary senior interim solutions.”
