Interim IT Manager

In the role of Interim IT Manager/Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring IT delivery to two of the Group's business areas. This also includes the operational management and control of various investigative initiatives and implementations in close collaboration with key personnel on the operational side and external parties.

Main duties:

• Lead small development teams with a focus on business-oriented IT.
• Lead the teams with a situation-adapted approach, emphasizing coaching and delegating leadership, with the support of Service Delivery Managers and Tech Leads.
• Act as an IT Business Partner for two business areas and ensure the entire IT delivery.
• Operationally drive and manage complex IT initiatives (e.g., preliminary studies, integrations of subsidiaries).
• You will be part of IT management together with the CIO and a handful of other IT managers.
• Ensure effective internal communication within IT and with other stakeholders.
• Personnel responsibility for a dozen employees and an equal number of consultants.
• Actively participate in tendering processes.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience as IT manager/CIO and also as system development manager in a large organization.
• Several years of experience as a business-supporting IT business partner.
• Extensive experience in driving transformation and change management.
• Experience as an interim consultant and/or service consultant.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Experience with mixed IT landscapes and proprietary solutions.
• Several years of experience managing multiple parallel IT projects and implementations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience from an industry with logistics flows in some form.

The assignment is full-time, starting on November 24 and expected to last for six months, with the possibility of extension.
