Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HRBP to a billion-dollar company in Västra Götaland County.
Main duties:
- Strategically collaborate with the management team on the personnel agenda, promoting engagement and organizational development
- Support and coach the company's managers in personnel-related matters
- Lead and support local change and transformation initiatives
- Actively participate in cooperation with trade unions and in labor law issues
- Personnel responsibility for an employee within People & Culture
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience of working with organizational change in a role as HRBP or equivalent
- Experience in union negotiations
- Knowledge of collective agreements for industrial sectors, such as IKEM, IF Metall, Unionen, and Akademikerna
- Knowledge of labor law
- Relevant academic degree
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- The assignment is mainly carried out on site at the customer's premises.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for six months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the company.
