We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and wants to take on a central and business-oriented role in a rapidly growing consulting company. As a Consultant Manager, you will be the hub of the organization and work directly with the CEO to ensure the highest quality in our deliveries to customers.

Main duties:
- Administrative Support: Be the CEO's right-hand person and take care of day-to-day administration to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Quality control: Conduct quality reviews of key documents (CVs, method descriptions, cases) prior to tenders. You will learn how to ensure consistency in all customer communications.
- Consultant coordination: Manage communication with our network of senior management consultants and coordinate the matching of consultants' skills with new business opportunities.
- Process development: Assist in developing and maintaining clear processes and documentation structures for tendering and delivery work.
- Tendering: Support the team by compiling and finalizing the materials required for the tendering process.
We are looking for someone who has
- Level of experience: Approximately 2-4 years of work experience in coordinating roles, administrative support, project management, or similar functions.
- Structured: You are exceptionally meticulous, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner under time pressure.
- Drive and service: Highly driven, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You are service-oriented and accustomed to building trust.
- Meritorious: Previous experience of administrative support in procurement processes or knowledge of how to work with the public sector is a big plus!
Scope and Terms of the Assignment
- Scope: Full-time (100%).
- Start: Immediately.
- Length: The customer will recruit for this role, so the assignment is for (6) months, after which there is a very good chance of permanent employment.
- Location: To facilitate collaboration with the CEO and the team We would prefer you to be based in the Stockholm area. for the opportunity to meet regularly at the office in the city center, even though the position is hybrid.
