Interim Purchaser

Main duties:

• Analyze project requirements based on drawings, calculations, and schedules
• Create purchasing strategies together with project management, costing, and finance
• Ensure that purchases comply with company policies, agreements, and sustainability requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct negotiations regarding prices, delivery times, payment terms, and warranties

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing in the construction industry, preferably in renovation, refurbishment, and extension (ROT).
• 3-year education in construction
• Experience in construction law, ABM 09, ABK 09, AB 04, ABT 06
  Meritorious – Several years of experience in costing
• System knowledge in Microsoft Office
  Meritorious – Next, Wikells, Bluebeam Revu, Handyday
