Interim Assembly Engineering Manager

Main duties:

• Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven employees (project managers and project engineers).
• Strategic sounding board: Act as a technical sounding board and ensure that the team feels confident in discussing complex issues with you.
• Project portfolio: Overall responsibility for coordinating the production unit's project portfolio in terms of resource planning and follow-up of deviations.
• Industrialization: Lead the successful industrialization of new products and projects related to testing and implementation of new tools.
• Production development: Responsible for continuous development of production, including layout optimization and planning of production lines.
• Collaboration: Represent your department in steering groups for projects driven by central R&D and local Operations.
• Strategy: Develop strategies together with purchasers that go hand in hand with investment strategies and the production vision.

Who we are looking for:

• You have a relevant college or university degree (preferably in engineering).
• You have experience in leadership roles or a strong ambition and desire to develop in a managerial position.
• You have an interest in technology and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technically complex environments.
• You have good communication skills and are a confident and driven person who likes to work towards goals.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

About the process:

The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last 10 months. The assignment will be carried out on site.
