Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Site Manager, based in the Stockholm area. The role involves overall responsibility for a large operational business.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for results and costs for a specific site.
- Ensuring delivery capacity and operational efficiency.
- Reporting of business results within a defined area.
- Active monitoring of customer satisfaction and delivery accuracy.
- Personnel responsibility and strategic resource planning.
- Development of own business area.
- Monitoring occupancy rates and optimizing capacity utilization.
To be eligible for the role:
- Proven experience as a senior leader, with strong communication skills.
- At least 10 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Solid background in change management and organizational development.
- Academic education at university level or equivalent.
About the process:
