Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Quality Manager to a food company in Skåne.
Main duties:
- Coach, lead, and support a team of approximately 5 people in the quality department
- Interact with various departments such as product development, production, sales, etc.
- Responsible for quality assurance, risk assessments, and certifications
- Handle customer and supplier issues and any complaints
To be eligible for the role:
- To be eligible, you should have experience in the food industry, preferably in a large company.
- Worked with QA issues and understand the methodology involved
- At least 5 years of management and leadership experience
- Structured, systematic, yet service-minded toward key individuals with whom you collaborate
- Ability to work both operationally and to look at the bigger picture in order to understand and see the whole.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The assignment will be carried out on site.
