Interim Group Manager Maintenance

Main duties:

• Personnel responsibility for 10-12 people
• Budget responsibility
• Responsibility for maintenance at the factory
• Member of the factory management team
• Understand and translate technical information between stakeholders at different levels within the company

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in heavy industry
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The assignment is carried out on site at the customer's premises.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately as agreed, and is expected to last for 1-6 months, after which it will transition into permanent employment with the company.
