Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Nordic Senior Sales Manager for one of the leading and most established players in its niche. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 500 million in the Nordic region and is part of a family-owned group that operates in several countries. As Sales Manager, you will report to the company's CEO and be an important member of the Nordic management team. Travel within the Nordic region, with an emphasis on Sweden, is part of the job.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales organization toward set goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus on key accounts and volume customers in the professional segment.
  • Maintain a continuous proactive dialogue with selected KAM customers.
  • Overall responsibility for negotiating, securing outcomes, and following up on major signed agreements in the Retail and ÅF segments.
  • Analyze sales results and market trends, identify areas for development, and drive improvement efforts.
  • Work proactively and cross-functionally to create increased customer value.

To be eligible for the role:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling to companies, i.e. B2B, preferably in a senior position in a related field and industry.
  • Senior change manager with proven experience in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Good ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement well-founded, informed decisions.
  • Good business acumen and experience working with strategic sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience in creating engagement and motivation within a team.
  • Strong initiative, ability to work independently and drive change
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and will start as soon as possible, but no later than October 1, and is expected to last for six months.
