Interim Head of IT Operations

In the role of Interim Head of IT Operations, you will actively lead and drive a number of projects, such as transformation within cloud-based solutions and strategic improvements in IT operations. You will develop and strengthen the team through empathetic leadership and be responsible for ensuring a stable, cost-effective, and secure infrastructure.

Main duties:

• Create conditions for raising the leadership and engagement index for employees.
• Lead team members through a service-oriented approach with a focus on accountability, problem solving, and good communication.
• Lead the transformation of cloud services and ensure successful migration and integration of complex systems.
• Ensure that IT Operations skills and knowledge meet business expectations and changes.
• Implement and further develop CloudDevOps (Cloud Center of Excellence) and SäkDevOps.
• Ensure availability, reliability, capacity, performance, and business continuity.
• Renegotiate and procure, implement, and streamline IT outsourcing.
• Harmonize in accordance with SAFe-based working methods.
  

To be eligible for the role:

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Several years of successful leadership in a modern IT organization as Head of IT Operations in an organization with multiple outsourcing partnerships.
• Several years of experience driving transformation in modern and complex environments.
• In-depth experience in cloud computing and specifically Microsoft's relevant services, including PaaS operations and SaaS service management.
• Experience in negotiating and managing agreements, as well as proven experience in being responsible for the delivery of IT services and vendor management.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes.
• Experience of agile working methods according to the SAFe framework.
• Good understanding of IT security and cybersecurity.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The assignment is full-time and will start as soon as possible in September and is expected to last for 9 months.
