Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Marketing Operations Manager to a listed company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Lead and be responsible for the company's marketing strategy in Sweden, in line with global guidelines.
- Manage annual planning, budget management, and high-profile campaigns from start to finish.
- Develop and follow up on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Swedish market.
- Develop playbooks for marketing activities, including product launches.
- Prepare and deliver internal presentations and reports to management and other stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in marketing within FMCG, with a focus on branding and retail.
- Experience working with ATL and BTL activities and running campaigns.
- Experience coordinating and running projects together with different parts of the organization.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
