Interim Senior Management and Organization Specialist

Main duties:

• The work involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, in close dialog with the client.
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of activities aimed at developing the management team and organization.
• Identifies, together with the client, current needs at management and organizational level.
• Offers qualified individual advice to managers and leaders on issues related to leadership and team development.
• Provides support, advice and recommendations on concrete change management issues.
• The interventions aim to strengthen the organization's capacity to drive and implement change processes in a structured, sustainable and effective way.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least ten (10) years of consulting experience in management and organizational development.
• Degree in psychology with a specialization in organizational psychology, or other equivalent relevant degree.
• At least one assignment in the last three years, with a duration of at least six consecutive months, related to management and/or organizational development towards Swedish asset management activities.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of working with organizations in transition.
• Solid experience in implementing management team development and organizational development interventions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in providing change management advice in complex organizations.

The assignment is full-time and starts on August 4 and is expected to last 24 months with a good chance of an extension of another 24 months.
