Interim Sales Director

For the role of Interim Sales Director, you bring with you several years of successful experience in transforming organizations, primarily in a commercial role with a large team under your leadership. You will be responsible for driving transformation across the business area, including organizational change, sales structure, customer plans, digitalization, and culture.

Main duties:

• Responsible for a large sales organization with several management levels.
• Drive an overall transformation of the business area.
• Design a new organization.
• Establish new sales strategies, chart of accounts, portfolio divisions, and digitization.
• Modernize sales culture.
• Actively participate in development projects and work cross-functionally within the company.
• Business travel is required.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in a commercial role with 100+ subordinates.
• Developed sales organizations where the service is part of the customer's value chain.
• Several years of experience in driving successful transformation with a focus on designing new organizations, establishing new strategies for sales structures, chart of accounts, value-based approaches, and cultural shifts in commercial roles.
• Several years of experience as an interim consultant motivated by challenging change journeys
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization is an advantage.
