Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Director to a group headquartered in Stockholm.
For the role of Interim Sales Director, you bring with you several years of successful experience in transforming organizations, primarily in a commercial role with a large team under your leadership. You will be responsible for driving transformation across the business area, including organizational change, sales structure, customer plans, digitalization, and culture.
Main duties:
- Responsible for a large sales organization with several management levels.
- Drive an overall transformation of the business area.
- Design a new organization.
- Establish new sales strategies, chart of accounts, portfolio divisions, and digitization.
- Modernize sales culture.
- Actively participate in development projects and work cross-functionally within the company.
- Business travel is required.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in a commercial role with 100+ subordinates.
- Developed sales organizations where the service is part of the customer's value chain.
- Several years of experience in driving successful transformation with a focus on designing new organizations, establishing new strategies for sales structures, chart of accounts, value-based approaches, and cultural shifts in commercial roles.
- Several years of experience as an interim consultant motivated by challenging change journeys
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization is an advantage.
