Consultant Manager

About the role:

As a Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for driving recruitment processes, managing contracts, and working with client and candidate care. You will report to and work closely with a Director who has sales responsibility and two dedicated Researchers. You will work as a team on each assignment. In addition, you will receive support from committed colleagues, tailor-made tools adapted for interim appointments, and a market-leading methodology for delivering quickly and accurately.

• This role does not involve new customer acquisition, but you will be expected to work on upselling to existing customers.
• Project manage and drive parallel recruitment processes at a fast pace, from start to finish.
• Manage existing agreements and participate in new agreements.
• Act as an advisor and sounding board for clients – usually management teams in organizations undergoing major change.
• Evaluation and advice for qualified and senior candidates.
• Maintain existing relationships with customers and candidates, primarily through ”warm calls” on the phone.
• You will be based at our office in central Gothenburg.

Your background:

We believe that you have come a long way in your career and have the seniority required to gain the trust of our customers. Furthermore, we want you to have previous experience of recruitment and be accustomed to independently conducting contract negotiations with customers and candidates. You are used to working commercially with qualified counterparts and have the instincts required to bring customers and candidates together.

We work in a process-driven manner with tight deadlines, which you should be comfortable with. You should also be comfortable with digital working methods. To thrive with us, you should enjoy working at a fast pace, take great responsibility for your own delivery, and be able to deliver with a high degree of freedom.
