Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Project Manager for a small processing plant at a medium-sized company with a background in chemicals in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Project management from quotation and schedule to installation, testing, and handover.
- Establish and follow up on project plans, budgets, and schedules in the system.
- Conduct conversations with stakeholders/customers/subcontractors in English.
- Coordinate technical disciplines and contractors on site.
- Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings (2D and 3D).
- Ensure procurement of assembly and coordination of testing prior to commissioning.
To be eligible for the role;
- Engineering degree (mechanical, energy, chemistry, or similar).
- Project managers from industrial or process projects.
- Accustomed to technical dialogue and negotiation in English.
- Practical – combines structure with an understanding of the reality on the ground.
- Experience with EPC projects, construction procurement, and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Self-motivated, communicative, and business-oriented.
About the process;
The assignment will start after the summer holidays or by agreement, is worth 100 % and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
We will present candidates during week 27, and interviews with the client will take place shortly thereafter.
