Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Project Manager for a market-leading player in the food industry. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million. As Interim Project Manager, you will report directly to the company's CEO.
Main duties:
- Introduction of tools for visual management, continuous improvement, work with set times, and projects.
- Creation and implementation of data-driven digital monitoring.
- Support for the CEO and management team in the implementation of technical projects and planned investments.
- Implementation of IT systems that support changes to existing systems.
- An important part of the role is to work closely with the existing quality manager and production management.
To be eligible for the role:
- +10 years of experience in a senior position in production.
- Documented leadership experience in production within small and medium-sized companies.
- Academic education or equivalent.
- Accustomed to working both operationally and strategically.
- Knowledge of Jeeves, RS production, and Office 365, including Power BI, is an advantage.
- Curious, practical, technical, and solution-oriented.
About the process
