Interim Production Area Manager

Main duties:

• Manage and coordinate multiple units responsible for production, quality and delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Driving and supporting change processes for efficiency and development.
• Responsible for budget, follow-up of key figures and reporting to management.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience as a production manager or similar, with management responsibilities in a regulatory business.
• Many years of experience in running operations with budget responsibility and delivery monitoring.
• Experience in complex change management in production.
• You have a good understanding of quality, ISO certifications and EHS issues.
• You are a confident, humble, communicative leader who is used to building good relationships.
• You have a technical university degree.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and are fluent in Swedish and English - both in business contexts and internal dialogs.
