Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Area Manager to an industrial billion-dollar company in the Stockholm area.
Main duties:
- Manage and coordinate multiple units responsible for production, quality and delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Driving and supporting change processes for efficiency and development.
- Responsible for budget, follow-up of key figures and reporting to management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience as a production manager or similar, with management responsibilities in a regulatory business.
- Many years of experience in running operations with budget responsibility and delivery monitoring.
- Experience in complex change management in production.
- You have a good understanding of quality, ISO certifications and EHS issues.
- You are a confident, humble, communicative leader who is used to building good relationships.
- You have a technical university degree.
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and are fluent in Swedish and English - both in business contexts and internal dialogs.
