Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim District Manager for a billion dollar company.
Main duties:
- Full business responsibility for the district, including planning, implementation and monitoring of sales targets and budget
- Conduct business with customers in the region, municipality, and private sector
- Building long-term customer relationships and business opportunities with a broad product portfolio in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, nationally and internationally
- Proactively monitor market trends and work on the overall business strategy
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably as District Manager, Regional Manager or Senior KAM
- Relevant academic degree
- Background from the pharmaceutical industry
- Self-motivated, enterprising and business-driven with a strong focus on customers and results
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- B driving license, the assignment involves frequent travel within the district
About the process:
The assignment is full-time with immediate start and is expected to last for about 6 months. For the right profile, there are good opportunities for employment directly with the customer after completion of the assignment.
