We are now bringing the Interim Management Professional Program to Stockholm
In May, Sweden's first academic program in interim management was launched – an initiative we took together with GU Executive Education at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. Interest was high, the program was quickly fully booked, and the participants' response exceeded our expectations.
It has now been confirmed that the program will also be offered in Stockholm, with courses starting on September 8.
A new context for experienced interim managers
As an interim consultant, you are often alone in your role – expected to quickly understand, analyze, and act in complex environments. The Interim Management Professional Program is designed for those who want to deepen their tools, further develop their methodology, and meet others who work at the same level.
During five intensive days, theory and practice come together in a context where the exchange of experiences, reflection, and academic deepening take center stage.
Spring training session in the rearview mirror
When the training was held in Gothenburg in May, 25 interim managers with different assignments and backgrounds participated—but with a common ambition to further hone their leadership skills. The evaluation speaks for itself:
- The program received an NPS of 93.
- The average rating was 4.9 out of 5.
- In their feedback, participants particularly highlighted the combination of research, real-life cases, and the opportunity to learn from each other.

Selection with a focus on experience
To create the best possible group composition, admissions are ongoing, with a joint committee from Interim Search and GU Executive Education assessing your professional profile and relevance. We attach great importance to each participant being able to contribute actively to the discussions – while getting the most out of the program.
Applications are now open
The next program starts on September 8 in Stockholm. Interest is high and places are limited, so if you want to participate, we recommend that you apply well in advance. You can find more information about the program and submit your application at GU Executive Education website.
