Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Production Manager based in southern Norrland for a company in the manufacturing industry.
As a production manager at our client's company, you will play a key role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering a high-quality product on time and within budget.
Main duties:
- Daily management and monitoring of operational activities – Central role in leading and monitoring the department's work to ensure that it meets set targets.
- Resource optimization
- Quality assurance
- Risk management
- Communication & Reporting
- Lead and participate in project and improvement work.
To be current in the role:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field or experience in a similar position.
- Experience of structured improvement work or similar.
- Previous work in a senior position with personnel responsibility.
- Strengths in coaching leadership, goal tracking, and skills development.
- Worked with LEAN.
- Decision-making and judgment, as well as initiative and independence.
- You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Meritorious for pushing through new investments, such as the construction of new machinery.
- Open and motivated to transition from a contract position to permanent employment with the client company.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately, or by August at the latest. The assignment has an estimated duration of approximately 6 months, after which it will transition into employment with the client. The consultant is expected to be on site full-time.
Candidates will be presented to the client on June 19, and client interviews will be held on June 23.
