Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a company that performs construction services located in Skåne and which has a turnover of SEK 182 million.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for and driving a number of business critical initiatives.
- Establish security and stability.
- Securing the organization's business model.
- Overall responsibility for P&L.
- Overall responsibility for staff and organization.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to build and maintain positive relationships during the change process.
- Reporting to the parent company.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in a similar position/employment as a CEO in a contracting business.
- Experience of working both operationally and strategically towards owners.
- Experience in both small and medium-sized organizations.
- Experience in driving successful change management.
- Experience in reporting to group or major shareholders.
- Experience in contracting work towards public procurement and other framework contract customers is an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
The assignment is full-time and starts at the end of June and is expected to last for 9 months. Work will take place over the summer with the possibility of occasional days off depending on business requirements. Presentation of candidates is ongoing.
