Interim Head of Legal
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Head of Legal for a consulting company with a turnover of approximately 500 million. The company has recently acquired a company that is being integrated. After the integration, the company will have a turnover of approximately 800 million distributed over approximately 400 employees.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the legal department with 2 subordinates.
- Actively participate in integration.
- Act as a sounding board for the CEO, CFO and other senior management.
- Responsible for GDPR, contractual issues and disputes.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced corporate lawyer with at least 7 years of experience.
- Experience in working with integration.
- Experience of working in growth companies.
- Business-oriented, proactive, unpretentious and communicative.
