Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing a Marketing Manager Sweden to a company with international operations and a turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion.
Main responsibilities and duties:;
- Reports to Country Manager SE and is a member of the Swedish management team
- Personal responsibility for approximately 10 people
- Responsibility for the Swedish marketing team, marketing budget, marketing plan, and strategy
- Follow-up of results and budget
- Ensure that Swedish marketing activities comply with the overall global marketing strategy
- Coordinate content and quality of material produced across multiple channels
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in industries such as e-commerce or telecommunications
- Good understanding of volume sales of subscription services
- As a leader and individual, you are strategic, analytical, critical thinker, and have a good understanding of customer journeys and consumer behavior.
- Academic education combined with experience in marketing
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English
About the process;
The assignment is estimated to be full-time for 12 months, starting in June or early August.
We will present candidates on June 10, and interviews will be held at the client company on June 11.
