Interim Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and define the role, scope, priorities, and deliverables of the relatively new team. (Team members are based in Poland and Malaysia.).
• Develop a prioritized delivery plan for the team and form a development roadmap for the future data analytics team.
• Define and clarify current and future stakeholder priorities, interactions, and data requirements.
• Set clear team KPIs and ways of working.
• Strengthen the interaction with relevant business functions and stakeholders in finance, sales, and supply chain community.

To be considered for the role:

• Technical hands-on experience in data analytics, report generation, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI and Azure data lake visualization tools, and MS tools is an advantage.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
• Communicative and strategic – fluent in English.
• Analytical mindset, strong capability in identifying issues and bottlenecks.
• Proven track record of delivering – getting the job done!
• Team player.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting mid-June, and is expected to last approximately 6 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place on Thursday, May 15, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
