Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Team Manager Customer Service to a logistics company in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Lead and coach a team of approximately 15 customer service representatives in their daily work.
- Ensure that the team achieves set goals in terms of service, quality, and efficiency.
- Work actively to create engagement, team spirit, and a culture where employees thrive and develop.
- Work closely with the CS manager and other team managers on strategic and operational issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have at least 5 years of experience working in customer service, including several years in the role of team manager or similar.
- You are a confident, mature, and serious leader who inspires trust and creates structure.
- You are passionate about leadership and have a strong ability to build team spirit and drive culture.
- You have good communication skills, both spoken and written (Swedish and English).
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 7 months on a full-time basis, starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client during week 19.
