Interim CEO

In your role as CEO, you are responsible for the organization and management of the Foundation according to the guidelines and the Board assigns. You drive financial goals and strategic objectives assigned by the Board. The Board's guidelines and objectives may include ensuring that the company's strategy is in line with its business objectives, planning long-term business goals, making investment decisions, entering into agreements with partners and customers, ensuring that the Foundation complies with laws and regulations, and being responsible for the Foundation's operations as a whole.

Main duties:

• Work on a favorable organizational culture and values based on developmental and indirect leadership.
• Build relationships with the municipality's business development, cultural and educational activities and with the various activities of the region.
• Build sustainable relationships and networks with businesses and organizations.
• Create structure for systematic work environment, procurement and other municipal structure in general.
• Actively work on several smaller activities that create engagement with many different target groups.

To be eligible for the role:

• Possess adequate academic training or other experience deemed equivalent by the client.
• At least five (5) years of work experience in municipal operations with a high understanding of municipal structures.
• At least five years of professional experience as a manager.
• Have been a manager of managers in a line organization.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time (100%) starting in May. The assignment is expected to last approximately 18 months and is largely carried out on site. We will present candidates on 29/4 with subsequent interviews with the customer. If you are available and interested, apply now!
