Interim Sustainability Procurement Manager

In the role as interim Sustainability Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing the sustainability work with a particular focus on Scope 3, as well as leading the sustainability reporting work. You will report to the Head of Sustainability and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in a global context.

Main duties:

• Be responsible for and drive the sustainability work linked to Scope 3.
• Responsible for sustainability reporting, in line with relevant regulations and requirements for listed companies. 
• Require and follow up on sustainability requirements in purchasing processes towards suppliers and partners.
• Contribute to the development of more sustainable products and solutions, promoting circularity, increased lifetime and reduced climate impact in product design.
• Manager of two sustainability staff members who assist with reporting.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of responsibility for and driving development steps in sustainability in a multi-billion global context.
• Experience in managing and driving sustainability work related to Scope 3.
• Experience of sustainability work in companies with production, R&D and supply chain in a global context.
• Experience of being responsible for sustainability reporting in listed companies.
• Good internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
• Travel is involved.

The assignment is full-time and will ideally start by mid-May but can be started later if required. The assignment is expected to last for 6-12 months.
