Interim Tender Lead

Main responsibilities:

• Review tender material and structure the tender process
• Analyze go/no-go criteria and ensure full compliance
• Organize and lead kickoff meetings with Sales, Product Management, and Sourcing
• Coordinate stakeholders and set up structured tender meetings
• Oversee and control the final submission to ensure quality and accuracy

To be considered for the role:

• Previously carried out similar assignments
• Tender background
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting ASAP, and is expected to last approximately 3 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place ongoing, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
