Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Executive Assistant to an international group headquartered in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in streamlining and facilitating the COO's work. As the market leader in Northern Europe, the COO has extensive business responsibilities, and your main responsibilities will include providing support with advanced travel planning, calendar and scheduling, administration, and some email management.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Advanced travel planning and coordination.
- Optimization and management of calendar and schedule.
- General administration and document management.
- Some handling of email correspondence.
To be eligible for the role:
- Documented experience from a similar role, for example as an Executive Assistant or similar.
- Solid administrative experience and very meticulous.
- Excellent communication skills and service-oriented, sharp and down-to-earth as a person.
About the process:
The assignment is for 50% with the possibility of remote work, starting immediately and expected to last for 6 months.
