Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Property Analyst to a fintech company with approximately 250 employees. As a Property Analyst, you will be a key player between the sales and credit committees, where you will be responsible for analyzing property-related credit matters and producing credit memos.
Main duties:
- Analyze and evaluate real estate transactions and real estate portfolios.
- Assess credit risks and prepare decision-making documentation for the credit committee.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business opportunities.
- Participate in the development of analysis models and processes within corporate banking.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in real estate analysis, credit assessment, or financing within the real estate sector.
- Good understanding of property valuation and risk analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and businesslike manner.
- Experience from banking, credit institutions, or real estate companies is advantageous.
- Academic background in economics, finance, real estate, or similar.
