Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim PMI Program Manager (Post Merger Integration) to lead a comprehensive corporate integration at a reputable company with around 3,600 employees in the Nordic region. The program involves approximately 80 participants and requires a results-oriented and structured leader who can ensure the program's progress.
Main duties
- Lead and coach the project's sub-project managers.
- Ensure that the program's goals and milestones are achieved according to schedule.
- Handle issues related to IT, finance, legal, HR, processes, and governance.
- Identify and manage risks and proactively handle deviations.
- Keep management, the board, and owners in the loop and report to them regularly.
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Senior consultant profile with solid experience in M&A and PMI, preferably from one of the international consulting firms.
- Proven experience of successfully implementing similar programs.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international projects.
- Strong expertise in governance, change management, and risk management in complex integrations.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and intercultural understanding.
About the process
The assignment will start immediately and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
