Interim Production Manager

Main duties:

• Manage and run parts of the production operations.
• Coach, support, and develop staff in the change journey that has begun.
• Work with routines, processes, and KPIs to increase efficiency.
• Be part of the team and work closely with the business to improve processes and create routines.
• Communication with staff, team leaders, and stakeholders in the business.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone who has: 

• Experience of change management and leadership experience with good results.
• Experience of and willingness to work with operational production management.
• Experience working with production efficiency analyses and related KPIs.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English.

About the process:
