Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim project manager for a company in Dalarna. The assignment involves driving a structured change process and ensuring a functioning business system solution.
Main duties:
- Lead and drive the replacement of business systems.
- Structure and optimize logistics and administrative processes.
- Support the organization in defining and implementing effective workflows.
- Conduct workshops and training initiatives for employees.
- Establish order and clear guidelines within the organization
- Be a people-oriented change leader and ensure that all stakeholders are involved.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of business system projects and process development.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to lead change and create structure in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial culture.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills – experience in running workshops.
