Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Communications Manager to a company in the healthcare and social care sector, based in Stockholm.
The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion, and you will be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- You will be responsible for a team of 5-6 employees.
- Lead and develop internal and external communication
- Ensure consistent and clear communication across different channels
- Coordinate PR and marketing initiatives
- Manage crisis communication and media relations

To be eligible for the role, you should have:
- Solid experience of strategic and operational communication within large organizations
- You are an experienced and confident leader
- Strong expertise in both internal and external communication
- Experience in dealing with the media and acting as a spokesperson
- Experience with subsidiary structures/consolidated accounting
About the process:
The assignment will start immediately and is expected to last for approximately 8-10 months.
We will present candidates to the client on March 3, and interviews with the client will take place on an ongoing basis thereafter.
